How long does it take to generate a video?
Most videos are ready in 60 to 120 seconds. Complex pages with screenshots may take up to 3 minutes.
Why did my video generation fail?
The most common cause is a website that blocks automated scraping. Try a different URL, or paste the page content directly. If the error persists, contact us.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, paid plan videos are yours to use commercially with no attribution required. Free-tier videos include a URLmotion watermark.
How do I add or remove voiceover?
Open your video in the Agent editor and type "add voiceover" or "remove voiceover" in the chat. The AI will handle it automatically.
Can I edit the script or visuals?
Yes. Use the Agent editor to chat with the AI and make any changes: colors, copy, scenes, transitions, and more.
What export quality is available?
Videos export at 1080p by default. 1440p is available on paid plans.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. You keep every credit you earn or purchase.
Do agent tokens expire?
Agent tokens do not expire while your subscription is active. If you cancel and resubscribe, your remaining token balance is preserved.
Do unused credits and tokens carry over to the next billing cycle?
Yes. Any credits or tokens left at the end of your billing period roll over automatically. New credits and tokens from renewal are added on top of your existing balance, they do not replace it.
What is the difference between credits and agent tokens?
Credits are spent each time you generate a video. Animated videos cost 2 credits and Agent videos cost 6 credits. Agent tokens are the AI budget used when you chat with the Agent editor to make edits after generation. They are separate pools.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing in the sidebar and click Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
I was charged but my credits didn't update.
Wait a minute and refresh. If credits still haven't appeared, contact us with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error and we will review it promptly.
