1. Acceptance

By accessing or using URLmotion you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

URLmotion is an AI-powered video generation tool that converts website URLs into short explainer videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to use URLmotion.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use URLmotion to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Submit URLs you do not have permission to scrape.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the service.
• Use the service to generate spam or misleading content at scale.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the URLs and source material you submit. You grant URLmotion a limited license to process that material solely to provide the service. Generated videos are yours to use commercially on paid plans. Free-tier videos include a URLmotion watermark and are subject to the attribution requirement.

6. AI-generated content

Videos are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. URLmotion is not liable for any reliance placed on AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing videos before publishing or sharing them.

7. Payments and billing

• Paid plans are billed via Creem. By subscribing you agree to Creem's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

8. Intellectual property

The URLmotion name, logo, and all underlying software are the exclusive property of URLmotion. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written consent.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, URLmotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits unless required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
